Whitney Baker, a certified journalism educator, has been a yearbook nerd since the age of 12. After editing her high school and collegiate yearbooks, Whitney moved into the classroom to teach young journalists in Houston, Texas. Whitney joined the yearbook sales industry as a sales rep in 2009 and grew a yearbook community and family in over seven states across the Midwest as a Balfour representative. Starting in the fall of 2021, Whitney transitioned over to Jostens and is looking forward to applying her skills as an educator to be a great asset to the yearbook advisers and students in Kansas. Because of her dedication and ingenuity, Whitney has earned multiple awards for her sales and service.
Ali Schroeder thrives on analyzing customers’ needs and determining the best tactics in order to meet those needs. Before joining the yearbook industry in 2018, Ali spent five years marketing for big brands and corporations such as Payless Shoe Source and Commerce Bank. She enjoys interacting with yearbook staffers and can’t deny her love of typography!

Both Ali and Whitney work as a yearbook team, with one of the reps taking the lead on service. Because of their teamwork, creativity and outstanding service, their Midwest office was named the 2019 Office of the Year, which is the Top Honor for sales reps annually. (Now that's something worth bragging about!) They love taking advantage of Jostens' resources, technology, support and software to make the entire yearbook experience easier and more fun all yearbook advisers.
